I'm Tina and my mission here at Stone and Light is to use my intuitive gifts and connection to the spiritual realm to offer guidance and healing to those finding their way on the path of awakening. My passion is to help people reconnect with their true essence.
Essence, soul, higher self, light, purpose: these words point to the same truth. You have a deep inner knowing of who you are and why you’re here on Earth at this moment. It's your divine spark, your guiding presence, your reason for being—and it’s always been within you, quietly shining beneath the rubble, just waiting to be noticed.
As spirits navigating the material world, we’re made of both stone and light. The stone is everything we’ve picked up along the way—beliefs, habits, survival strategies—that may have served us once but now weigh us down. The light? That’s our true essence.
As the brilliant Mary Oliver once said: “Love yourself. Then forget it. Then love the world.” This work? It’s me doing exactly that: showing up, sharing what I’ve learned, and loving the world one soul at a time.

Meet your teacher
Hi, I’m Tina—Mystic, Spiritual Guide, Soul Companion, Teacher of the Woo, and occasional Medium (emphasis on “occasional,” because spirit has its own schedule). My spiritual roots run deep. As a young girl growing up in the Catholic church, my connection to the Divine was so intense I was all set to become a nun… until high school introduced me to boys and beer, and well, I'm not a nun today!
But that spiritual spark never left—it just got tucked beneath the layers of everyday life and social expectations. A few years ago, life threw me a surprise (as it loves to do), and everything shifted. That experience cracked me open and launched me into a full-blown spiritual awakening.
For the past four years, I’ve been on a wild, beautiful quest—seeking truth, shedding old identities, and stepping into the version of me that feels most aligned and alive. Honestly, I’m not the same person I was before that turning point… and isn’t that the whole point of transformation?
What have I learned? We’ve all got a dazzling inner light—our true, majestic, divine essence—just waiting to burst out like a seed dreaming of sunlight. I’ve had incredible guides cheering me on, and now it’s my turn to be that voice in someone else’s corner, reminding them they were born to shine.
In addition to my work as a hospice RN and end-of-life doula, I have immersed myself in extensive training focused on spiritual connection and intuitive development. My studies span a range of disciplines—including shamanic practice, soul readings, spiritual teaching, and guidance—all designed to deepen my ability to connect with the divine and support others on their awakening path.

Awakening & Guidance
In your session with Tina, you’ll be gently guided into connection with the Divine—where clarity begins to unfold. Whether you're seeking answers to pressing questions, longing to awaken deeper levels of consciousness, or yearning to hear the quiet wisdom of the Universe as it lights your path, Tina holds space for your journey.
Through her intuitive presence, you may feel the embrace of Divine love, come to know your soul more intimately, and discover the peace that lives beneath the noise. Whatever insights or awakenings you seek, Tina will walk beside you, helping you uncover the truths your spirit is ready to receive. Each session is 50 minutes and is held virtually over Google Meet.
